Dyu DCunha
At the centre of Aussome Experiences is Dyu DCunha. An event producer, trusted collaborator, experience curator, creative partner, MC and trivia host.
As an Event Producer and Creative Partner, Dyu blends creative thinking with on-ground expertise to deliver events that feel polished, personal, and full of energy. He works closely with agencies and organisations, acting as an extension of their team.
As a Master of Ceremonies and Trivia Host, Dyu brings warmth, humour, and confidence to the stage. He knows how to read a room, engage diverse audiences, and keep the energy flowing, whether it’s a leadership conference, a gala night, an employee engagement activity or a trivia session.
Having produced events across Australia, India, and international destinations, Dyu brings a strong cross-cultural lens to every project. He understands how to bridge expectations, cultures, and working styles thus making it easy to deliver seamless, memorable experiences on the ground in Australia. Dyu ensures every event feels connected, well-paced, and genuinely engaging.
Effie DCunha
Effie DCunha brings over 15 years of experience across marketing, communications, and events, with a strong focus on creating experiences that connect people to brands.
Her background spans communications, employee engagement, content strategy, and event execution. This breadth allows Effie to approach events as powerful platforms or tactics that shape culture, reputation, and connection.
Effie has worked across APAC, Europe, ANZ, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and Africa, supporting global organisations including FedEx Express, SAP, Hexaware, and Integrated Research. In each role, she has helped elevate brand visibility, align messaging, and deliver experiences to meet business outcomes. She has also worked with TEDxSydney for the 2023 main event.
At Aussome Experiences, Effie brings a strategic perspective to storytelling and audience engagement ensuring that every event is not only well executed but also communicates the purpose.
Cyril Jacob Andrews
Cyril brings over two decades of experience across compliance, operations, and business leadership to Aussome Experiences. He has a strong track record of building and scaling businesses in Australia.
He has collaboratively helped establish and grow multiple ventures from the ground up including an asset management firm and a multi-site retail business across Australia, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of customer experience, risk management, and operational excellence.
Having worked with global institutions including Standard Chartered, Barclays, AllianceBernstein, and National Bank of Oman, Cyril has a disciplined and detail-driven approach.
